Dry White Wine "Greco"

We call this our "dry white" because there is a family of Greco grapes. This dry white is made completely from the Greco Di Tufo grape located in the East from block of the vineyard. The distinctive golden color is classic for this varietal. Flavors to look for are passion fruit, pineapple, and a hint of papaya. 

Pairs well with poultry, fish, or caprese salad.
